About Don Spini

Jessi Johnson has been in the financial services industry for longer than a quarter of a century. While her experience spans from insurance underwriting to sales leadership, her true calling is working directly with clients. With both her Series 65 registration and her life and health license, Jessi is willing to do whatever it takes to find the suitable answer to any problem. She’s also passionate about enhancing financial literacy through education, something she focuses on each time she meets with a client. Without a foundation of knowledge and a firm understanding of the plan, her job is incomplete.

Leading with a listening ear and an open mind, Jessi’s sense of purpose comes from building relationships and helping everyone she meets implement the right solution for their unique retirement. That solution, however, may differ from what she gathers during a simple first meeting, but she values the challenge and the opportunity to understand a problem before she solves it.

Originally from Kansas City, Jessi earned her MBA from Rockhurst University. An avid Chiefs fan and a true Midwesterner, she believes in family, food, and football. She is now a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, and enjoys spending her time with her mini goldendoodle and her daughter, a theatre student who keeps the entire family entertained and active.
