About Doug Singer

Doug Singer has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, from working with big wirehouse firms to working face-to-face with clients to design goal-oriented plans and achieve their unique objectives. Now at Sun Valley Wealth, his mission is to provide hands-on, personal service that helps our clients understand where their sources of income will come from in retirement.

Doug believes that everything starts with education, and without a proper understanding of the concepts we implement, our job is not complete. Once the educational principles are in place, Doug aims to empower our clients to make the best financial decisions for themselves and adopt strategies they have conviction in.

Doug grew up in Highland Park, Illinois, and attended Indiana University at Bloomington, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in business. A sports superfan, he is an avid golfer, and his competitive nature always pushes him to practice and improve his game. He also enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with his beautiful wife Barb and their two children.
